Before Sale

Contract Review
We will provide you with a breakdown of the contract of sale and highlight any areas of concern. By the end you will have a clear understanding of what you are buying and your obligations as a buyer.

Negotiate Amendments
It is common to request amendments to a property contract. Amendments can include a change to settlement date, adding or removing conditions, or even asking for a  condition to be rewritten to provide more clarity.

After Sale

Pre Settlement
We handle several required tasks prior to settlement. These include:

  • Government searches
  • Calculate financial adjustments
  • Prepare property transfer
  • Assess Stamp Duty

Settlement 
Settlement is the process in which the property is transferred over from the original owner to the new owner. We ensure all contract obligations have been fulfilled and all settlement documents are correct. We will then organise payments and the transfer of property title.
