I had a wonderful experience with our solicitor, Sarah, at Kaz Conveyancing, who looked after my off-the-plan apartment purchase from the very beginning through to final settlement — a journey of almost three years!

Throughout the entire process, Sarah was helpful, friendly, approachable and responsive. She always took the time to answer my questions, replied to emails and returned calls quickly. Her professionalism and genuine care gave me great peace of mind throughout what could otherwise have been a stressful and lengthy process.

I also really appreciated the transparency of the fixed-price conveyancing fee. Everything was clearly explained upfront, with no unexpected or hidden fees along the way.

Patrice is thorough and has your back during the entire process. My partner and I purchased a strata owned property. Patrice reviewed a few strata reports for us and was very detailed and informative with outlining the risks associated with each unit reviewed.
